The booking is understood to be confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation email which will be sent to you immediately after the deposit has been received (point 2).
A minimum of 30% of the rent must be paid as a deposit.
The balance of the rent must be paid on arrival, at the same time as delivery of the apartment keys.
Upon arrival, a security deposit of €200.00 shall be held in case of breakage or damage to the apartment or its contents, subject to the right to claim for further damage.
If no type of damage or breakage is found on the day of departure, the security deposit will be fully refunded.
The following payment methods are accepted:
Cancellations are only accepted in writing. For cancellation made by the Client at least 30 days prior to the start date of the rental period, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.Cancellations made before the start of the rental period will free the Client from any obligation, other than the loss of the deposit.
4. Arrival and departure
The apartment will be made available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure. In the event of any delays, please notify us promptly as arrivals and departures outside these hours need to be agreed upon beforehand.
No reduction or refund will be given in the event of late arrival or early departure.
Check-in (arrival day) and check-out (departure day) must be made at the HOTEL COLORADO located in Via Giardini no. 79, Lignano Pineta (Udine).
Upon arrival, Clients must register by showing the identity documents of all those occupying the apartment.
On departure, the apartment must be left clean and tidy, with all rubbish removed, the refrigerator empty, dishes washed and the kitchenette clean.
5. Prices – “AL CIGNO” RESIDENCE
The agreed price includes:
Anything not mentioned above is not included in the agreed price.
Prices do not include tourist tax or duties.
6. Apartment rules
It is forbidden to accommodate more people than the number indicated in our offer.
For this purpose, children are considered adults.
Sub-rental and extra guests are forbidden.
The tenant agrees to take the utmost care of the apartment and its equipment (kitchenware, refrigerator, mattresses, etc.).
Upon arrival, guests must pay a security deposit of €200.00 from which will be deducted any damages caused to the apartment or its contents, or common areas of the condominium, subject to further damages to be duly compensation at the listed price.
If no damage or breakage is founded on the day of departure, the deposit will be fully refunded. However, we reserve the right to request payment for hidden damage and/or claims made by third parties in the condominium, even after departure of the Client.
Complaints regarding the state of the apartment and inventory will only be accepted up to 12 noon on the day after arrival.
Guests are required to follow the condominium rules, and must observe the quiet hours from 13:00 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 8:00.
In the event of serious breach of these rules (e.g. noise, disturbance during quite time, sub-rental, etc.), the contract will be terminated without any refund, deducting from the deposit any material damage caused to the apartment and/or its contents and/or common areas, and the guest will be obliged to immediately vacate the apartment.
Small and medium sized animals are allowed at the “AL CIGNO” RESIDENCE.
Animals cannot be left in the apartments alone without a person taking care of them, in order to avoid possible damage to the apartment and disturbance to other guests.
We shall not be liable for any missing personal belongings, valuables or money.
The articles and clauses set out above may be modified in the event of entry into force of new national or regional laws, without any prejudice or claim by the person who made the booking.
