The apartment is located in Lignano Pineta in via Giardini no. 37, a 5-minute walk from the sea, in a luxurious apartment complex that was constructed recently.

The apartment is located on a quiet street, but a street that is full of services: a few steps away there is a supermarket, a newsstand, the historic ice cream parlor “De Pellegrin”,delis, restaurants and pizzerias.

“The Bella Italia Efa Village” (formerly Ge.Tur. Sports Village) and the beautiful Hemingway Park can be reached in 5/10 minutes on foot, and with a walk of about 10/15 minutes you can easily reach the center of Lignano Pineta.
